THE NMHSA WEB SITE PRIVACY POLICY The Northwest Michigan Human Services Agency (NMHSA) Web Site coordinators and LIAA (the creator of the NMHSA WEB SITE software) are committed to honoring privacy rights for participants using the NMHSA WEB SITE. The Registration Data and certain other information about you are subject to the NMHSA WEB SITE Privacy Policy. The NMHSA WEB SITE coordinators and/or LIAA DO NOT SELL, TRADE, EXCHANGE OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL, COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION. Periodically, we use the information you have provided in the Registration Data to send you notifications you request about changes and updates in the NMHSA WEB SITE, and various other NMHSA WEB SITE site related notifications. The NMHSA WEB SITE may contain links to other sites. The NMHSA WEB SITE is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. The NMHSA WEB SITE gives participants three options for changing and modifying information that they provide in their Registration Data: 1. Users can log in with their email address and password to change any information in their profile. 2. In case of lost password, users can use the ‘password finder’ feature to send an email to the Site Manager, who will reply with a new password. When the participant logs in with their new password, they will be directed to their User Profile where they can change their password to one of their choice. 3. You may also cancel your registration by contacting the Site Manager using the information provided below. This site uses “session” Cookies to identify your user account while you are logged-in to the site. Cookies must be turned on in your browser to participate in the NMHSA WEB SITE. No personal information is stored in these Cookies, which are only used to identify your session to the web server. The Cookies are destroyed when you close your browser session. Note that you will be automatically logged out of the system after 20 minutes of inactivity. This site will at no time scan or otherwise try to read any other cookies stored on your computer system. Note that this site allows links on its pages to other web sites that are not under our control which may have other policies regarding cookies.
